"Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower."

JORGE PACHECO, President

As a child of two blue-collar Mexican immigrant workers, Jorge fought to succeed in an effort to thank his parents for their grit and diligence to provide him with a life full of opportunities. Jorge became a five-time decorated Chicago Golden Glove Champion.  In 1996, he was selected to represent his parents' native country of Mexico for the Olympics. Jorge bypassed representing the USA in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games to receive his B.S. in business from  Northern Illinois University. While in college, Jorge was the recipient of the Thomas "Sarge" Johnson Outstanding Boxer Academic Scholarship provided by the United States Olympic Committee.

In addition to founding Apache Service and Supply Company, he is the founder of the Apache Building Exchange, a provider of real state marketing services. Jorge Pacheco serves on multiple charitable and advisory boards. Mexican President, Felipe Calderon, appointed Jorge to serve on the NAFINSA (Nacional Financiera) Advisory Board, the Mexican small business administration, a governmental organization helping Mexican small business.

Currently, he serves as an official with the Illinois Department of Athletics where he assists in the regulation of state-sanctioned boxing bouts and MMA fights. Additionally, Jorge mentors youth - who like himself - fought

for a more prosperous future.

ARTURO ZEPEDA, Vice President

It has been said that we stand on the shoulders of our forbearers. This rings true for Arturo. Thirsty for a taste of the American dream, his parents made their way to the United States, leaving a godforsaken Mexican village that lacked basic civic systems like paved roads, water, sewage and electricity behind them.

Arturo shares "I always believed America as a unique land of opportunity." As a first-generation scholar, he was the first in his family to be afforded the fortune to receive a formal education at the Latin School of Chicago. Having earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, Arturo continued his higher education career at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business where he received his MBA.
